Application and contract

The application form on this site is not binding. After you apply, we call you and talk through what you need. The service starts with a contract signed by both sides, and the contract takes precedence over this page.

Prices

Prices on this site are monthly and exclude VAT; plans are for businesses only. We may update prices without prior notice. Updates do not affect signed contracts.

Our commitments

Details and exceptions to these commitments (such as time spent waiting for information from you, or force majeure) are set out in the contract.

• Your site goes live within 10 business days of your completed form reaching us.
• If we miss the date we promised, we refund that month's fee.
• There is no commitment; you can stop in any month.
• Once 12 payments are made, the site is yours from month 13.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu have jurisdiction.
