Privacy notice

This notice explains, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), how we process the personal data you send through the forms on this site. What we process

• Application form: first and last name, email, phone, business name, city, your current website if you have one, and the plan and add-ons you chose.
• Contact form: your email address, the topic you chose and your message.
• Site usage: visit statistics collected with cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

Why we process it

• To review your application, call you and prepare a quote and contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c, entering into a contract).
• To answer your question (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f, legitimate interest).
• To protect the forms from automated spam (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• To measure and improve how the site is used (see the Cookie Policy for cookies).

Who we share it with

Your data is processed on the infrastructure of these providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database and bot protection) and Güzel Hosting, which hosts our mail server (the email that notifies us of a new application). Their servers may be located outside Türkiye. We share data with public authorities only where the law requires it. We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and messages for 2 years. If your application turns into a contract, we keep it for the term of the contract and for the legally required retention periods, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damage. Write to info@timetopro.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
